- Cancellation of admission (if provisionally granted).
- Forfeiture of the application registration fees.
- Possible disciplinary or legal action by the university administration.
2. Eligibility & UGC Guidelines
Registration on this portal does not guarantee admission or selection for PhD research. 3. Application Fee & Non-Refundability
The PhD application registration fee (Rs. 5,000) is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including application rejection, double payment, eligibility mismatch, or applicant withdrawal. Applicants must enter a valid UTR number representing their transaction to verify payment.
4. Document Submission & Formats
Documents must be uploaded in the requested format (JPEG/PNG for photo & signature, PDF/JPEG/PNG for academic marksheets and certificates) and must not exceed file size limits. Files must be clear, legible, and uncorrupted. The admission committee reserves the right to request physical verification of original certificates at any stage.
5. Code of Conduct & Communications
