- Payment Reference Details: Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number for application fee payments.

- Verifying applicant eligibility against institutional and UGC requirements.
- Processing PhD entrance exams and coordinating departmental interviews.
- Maintaining institutional audit logs, security records, and applicant tracking statistics.

- Verifying application fee payments via the submitted UTR records.

- All personal data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL relational database with SSL protection enabled.
- Uploaded applicant documents, certificates, and photographs are securely hosted on Cloudinary, an industry-leading cloud media storage platform.
- Access to applicant records is strictly restricted to authorized university administrators, admission officers, and program review committees.
4. Data Retention
We retain your application data and documents only as long as necessary to fulfill admissions audits, institutional reporting, and government compliance requirements. Unsuccessful application documents are securely purged after the close of the academic cycle.
